NEVTEC Firewall Management Service
The company firewall(s) will be remotely monitored and managed. Management includes change requests and resolving any related network issues. An optional weekly utilization report for firewall traffic is available.

The silver solution offers network monitoring support during business hours. Should any significant alerts or warnings occur, a specified contact will be notified for further action. This solution is primarily for small companies with no daily support requirements, who still require the technical expertise to spot and prevent critical issues from occuring.

We can remotely manage and monitor your network including servers, firewalls, routers, switches and UPS devices. Using proactive monitoring, we can identify potential problems and warn you before they cause downtime. Proactive management also includes keeping your systems up-to-date with software service packs, OS security fixes and firmware updates for hardware.

Prepaid hours

This solution is offered to companies needing a specific amount of either onsite or remote support hours per month. The solution is often used for monthly server support or scheduled onsite visits.

  • 50 Hours with average 2 hour  and up to 4 hour or next business day response time
